Privacy Policy

Updated September 1, 2026

Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. ("Honey Lemon Conflict," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you use

honeylemonconflict.com, download our resources, purchase digital products, workshops or courses, or create and

use an account (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Where consent is required by

applicable law, we will obtain it before collecting, using, or disclosing personal information for the applicable purpose.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Name - when you download a resource, purchase a product, create an account, or otherwise provide it to us.

• Email address - for account access, product delivery, transactional communications, and, where you have

consented or otherwise permitted by law, marketing communications.

• Billing or mailing address - when required in connection with a purchase or payment transaction.

• Payment information - payments are processed through Stripe via our HighLevel systems. We do not intend to

store complete payment-card details on our own website systems.

We do not currently collect telephone numbers as part of the website experiences described above. We may introduce

phone-number collection in the future for non-marketing communications, such as service or appointment-related

messages. This Privacy Policy should be updated before or when that functionality is introduced.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you use our website, certain technical and usage information may be collected automatically through our

website and analytics infrastructure. This can include information such as IP address, browser or device information,

pages viewed, interactions with the website, referral information, and similar usage data.

We currently use HighLevel to operate portions of our website, forms, customer accounts, communications,

purchases, and analytics. We are also working toward implementing the Meta Pixel. If and when the Meta Pixel is

activated, it may collect information about visits and actions on our website for measurement, advertising, and

remarketing purposes, subject to applicable consent requirements.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the website, remember

preferences, understand website performance, and support analytics. Where required by applicable law, non-essential

cookies or tracking technologies will be used only after obtaining the appropriate consent.

You may also be able to control cookies through your browser or any cookie-consent tools made available on our

website. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services.

• Deliver freebies, downloads, digital products, workshops, and courses you request or purchase.

• Create, maintain, and secure customer accounts and provide account access.

• Process purchases and related transactions.

• Send service, account, purchase, and other transactional communications.

• Send email marketing, educational content, updates, and offers where permitted by law and in accordance with

your communication preferences.

• Understand website usage and performance through analytics.

• Prevent fraud, protect our Services, and comply with legal obligations.

• Support advertising and remarketing activities if and when those technologies are implemented and appropriate

consent has been obtained.

5. Email Communications

If you subscribe to our email list or otherwise consent to receive marketing emails, we may send you educational

content, business updates, product information, and promotional offers. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails

using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages.

Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily prevent us from sending communications that are

necessary to provide a product, account, transaction, or other service you requested.

6. Text Messages

Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. does not currently use SMS for marketing. We plan to introduce non-marketing text

messaging for purposes such as service or appointment-related communications. If phone-number collection and SMS

communications are introduced, appropriate consent language and this Privacy Policy should be updated to accurately

describe those practices.

7. How We Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information to service providers that process

information on our behalf where reasonably necessary to operate our business and provide the Services.

Our primary service providers currently include HighLevel, which supports our website, forms, customer accounts,

communications, digital-product infrastructure, and related business systems, and Stripe, which processes payments.

These providers process information according to their own applicable privacy and security practices and our

arrangements with them.

If the Meta Pixel or related Meta advertising services are activated, information may also be processed by Meta for

measurement, advertising, and remarketing purposes as applicable.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or governmental

requests; protect our rights, users, or others; investigate fraud or security concerns; or in connection with a merger,

acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.

8. International Processing

Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. is based in Canada and offers its Services to customers worldwide. Our service providers

may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. As a result, personal information

may be subject to the laws of jurisdictions outside the country where you live.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain appropriate

business and transaction records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and fulfill the

purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the

reason it was collected.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

Payment transactions are handled through third-party payment infrastructure rather than complete payment-card

information being intentionally stored by us. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be

completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable privacy law may provide rights concerning your personal information, which

may include rights to request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about how your data is

used or disclosed.

You may contact us using the information below to make a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before

fulfilling certain requests, and some rights may be subject to legal exceptions.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly offer our products or services to children

under 13 or knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn that we have collected personal information

from a child in circumstances prohibited by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to address it.

13. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed

by their own policies, and Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites

or services.

14. Advertising and Remarketing

We do not display third-party advertising on our website as a publisher. We may, however, promote Honey Lemon

Conflict Inc.'s own products and services and plan to use remarketing or retargeting advertising. We are currently

working toward implementing the Meta Pixel for these purposes. Where required, appropriate consent controls will be

used before applicable advertising or tracking technologies are activated.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, technologies, business

practices, or legal requirements. The updated date at the top of this policy will indicate when it was last revised.

so, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Educational Purpose and Important Disclaimer

Honey Lemon Conflict provides education, information, tools, and perspectives. Our content and Services are

not therapy, psychotherapy, counselling, mental-health treatment, medical care, legal advice, crisis

intervention, or a substitute for services provided by an appropriately qualified professional.

The information we provide is general in nature and cannot account for every person's circumstances. Conflict can

involve complex personal, relational, workplace, legal, safety, or mental-health considerations. You are responsible for

determining whether and how to apply the information to your own circumstances and for seeking qualified

professional assistance where appropriate.

Nothing in our content creates a therapist-client, counsellor-client, attorney-client, medical-provider-patient, or other

professional relationship between you and Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. or any person appearing in our content.

4. No Guarantee of Results

We believe our resources can provide useful education and tools, but we do not guarantee any particular outcome.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual circumstances, choices, participation,

relationships, workplaces, and the actions of other people.

We make no guarantee regarding personal, relationship, family, workplace, professional, financial, emotional, or other

outcomes arising from your use of our products, courses, workshops, resources, or other Services.

5. Digital Products, Workshops and Courses

We sell digital products, educational workshops, courses, and related resources. Product descriptions, included

materials, prices, and access details will be presented at or before purchase.

Unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise, purchased digital products, workshops, and courses are provided

with lifetime access for the purchaser. For purposes of these Terms, "lifetime access" means access for as long as

Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. continues to operate and make that particular product available through its applicable

platform. It does not guarantee that a particular technology platform, format, feature, or hosting provider will remain

unchanged indefinitely.

We may update, improve, reorganize, or replace content or the technology used to deliver it where reasonably

necessary.

6. Accounts and Login Credentials

Some Services require you to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and

maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Your account and purchase are for your individual use only. You may not share your login credentials or permit

another person to access paid content through your account. We may suspend or terminate access where we

reasonably believe an account is being shared, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property and Use of Materials

Unless otherwise stated, the website and all original content and materials made available through Honey Lemon

Conflict - including text, PDFs, worksheets, frameworks, exercises, graphics, videos, audio, course materials,

workshop recordings, downloads, branding, and other educational materials - are owned by or licensed to Honey

Lemon Conflict Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the purchased

materials for your own individual use.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Share, distribute, forward, upload, publish, reproduce, or provide our paid materials to another person.

• Share account or login access with another person.

• Resell, sublicense, rent, commercially exploit, or otherwise make our materials available to third parties.

• Copy or adapt substantial portions of our materials to create competing or derivative products, courses, workshops,

training materials, or commercial offerings.

• Remove copyright, trademark, attribution, or other proprietary notices.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Honey Lemon Conflict Inc.'s intellectual property to you.

8. Prices, Currency and Payments

Prices displayed at checkout are the prices applicable to the transaction, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise indicated, our products are currently priced and charged in United States dollars (USD). Honey

Lemon Conflict Inc. is an Ontario, Canada business and receives USD payments into a USD-denominated account

with a Canadian financial institution.

Payments are processed through Stripe via HighLevel. Your use of payment-processing services may also be

subject to the applicable provider's terms and policies.

If your card, bank, or payment provider uses a different currency, that provider may perform a currency conversion or

charge additional fees. Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. does not control third-party exchange rates, conversion fees,

international transaction fees, or other charges imposed by your financial institution.

We do not currently offer recurring-payment products. If subscriptions, memberships, payment plans, or other

recurring charges are introduced in the future, the applicable recurring price, billing frequency, cancellation terms, and

any additional conditions will be disclosed before purchase, and these Terms may be updated accordingly.

9. Final Sale and Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale. Because our products and Services consist primarily of digital content and access that

may be delivered or made available immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except

where required by applicable law.

If you experience a technical problem accessing something you purchased, contact us at

[email protected] so we can help resolve the access issue.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies that apply to you under the laws of your

jurisdiction.

10. Promotions and Contests

From time to time, Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. may offer contests, giveaways, promotions, or similar activities.

Additional rules, eligibility requirements, geographic restrictions, deadlines, or other terms may apply to a particular

promotion. Where separate promotion rules are provided, those rules form part of the terms applicable to that

promotion.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, accounts, or Services. Among other things, you may not attempt to gain

unauthorized access to accounts or systems; interfere with the operation or security of the Services; use the Services

for unlawful purposes; impersonate another person; introduce malicious code; or use our content in violation of the

intellectual-property provisions above.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

Our Services may rely on or link to third-party services, including HighLevel, Stripe, and other technology providers.

We do not control third-party websites or services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms,

or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

13. Availability and Changes to the Services

We may modify, update, suspend, replace, or discontinue parts of the website or Services where reasonably

necessary for business, technical, security, legal, or operational reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or

error-free access to the website or any particular technology platform.

Where a change materially affects a paid product for which you have ongoing access, we will use reasonable efforts to

preserve the substance of the purchased content or provide a reasonable alternative where appropriate.

14. Suspension or Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access to an account or paid content where we reasonably believe you have violated

these Terms, including by sharing login credentials, redistributing paid materials, infringing our intellectual property,

engaging in fraudulent activity, or interfering with the security or operation of the Services.

Termination for a violation of these Terms does not create a right to a refund except where required by applicable law.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, content, and Services are provided on an "as is" and

"as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every

individual's particular circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, conditions, guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded

under applicable consumer-protection law.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. and its directors, officers, employees,

contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages

arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to a purchased

product or Service will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. for the product or

Service giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. and

its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or

reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your infringement of another person's rights, or

your material violation of these Terms.

18. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you

acknowledge that your personal information will be handled as described in that policy and in accordance with

applicable law.

19. Governing Law

Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. is based in Ontario, Canada. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of

Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Because our clientele may be located worldwide, you may also have mandatory consumer or privacy rights under the

laws of the jurisdiction where you live. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not

permit you to waive.

20. Dispute Resolution

Before starting formal legal proceedings, you and Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. agree to make a reasonable good-faith

effort to resolve a dispute informally. A written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution may be sent to

[email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, and subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional requirements

that apply, the parties agree that disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be determined by the courts of

competent jurisdiction in Ontario, Canada.

21. Copyright Concerns

If you believe content available through our website infringes copyright that you own or are authorized to enforce,

contact [email protected] with enough information for us to identify the work, the allegedly infringing

material, your contact information, and the basis of your claim.

22. Errors and Pricing Corrections

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing. If a product is listed with an obvious

pricing or descriptive error, we may correct the error or cancel the affected order. If we cancel an order after payment

has been processed because of such an error, we will refund the amount charged for that cancelled order.

23. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, technology, business

practices, or legal requirements. The updated date at the top of this document indicates the latest revision.

Material changes will apply prospectively to the extent required by applicable law. Your continued use of the Services

after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

24. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the

minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure by either party to enforce a

provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly presented for a particular product,

promotion, or Service, constitute the agreement between you and Honey Lemon Conflict Inc. regarding your use and

purchase of the applicable Services.
